9d15f503ba Tidy: Use alternatives to map-put 
Emacs 27 marks map-put as obsolete and renames it to map-put!, which
causes byte-compilation warnings (sigh...isn't that the definition of
useless churn?).  Of course, map-put! doesn't exist in Emacs 26, so we
can't just use that.  I'm beginning to think that it will never be
possible to make the linting clean.

3ce29bee46 Meta: (test.yml) Don't count lint failure as job failure 
It's more valuable to see at a glance that the tests passed than to
have every run indicate failure because of lint failures, especially
when some of the lint failures come from package-lint issues that may
be patched in the future.

6004ab98da Fix: (view--add-todo-face) Bind org-done-keywords 
org-get-todo-face uses org-done-keywords, which is a buffer-local
variable, so it may be nil in the context that
org-ql-view--add-todo-face is called.  See,
e.g. org-agenda-highlight-todo, which does the same thing.

b7e146862d Meta: Add pre-push hook to repo 
This doesn't cause it to be run, of course, but it can be symlinked
into place by the user.  Better to commit it than to lose it by
accident sometime.

091a732a88 Fix: (--value-at) On cache miss, return nil when function does 
Previously, on a cache miss, if FN returned nil, the sentinel would be
returned instead of nil.

Closes #78.  Thanks to Josh Moller-Mara (@mm--) for reporting.

d3272cdd8b Add: (view--display) Insert newline at end of buffer 
Prevents end-of-buffer from scrolling the window horizontally.
