Use a derived major mode for org-ql-view buffers, and ensure that mode
is active when calling org-ql-view-refresh, to avoid interfering with
buffers in other modes if the user calls the command by accident.

Even when org-done-keywords-for-agenda is nil. I'm not sure when this
was broken, but the logic was wrong in this function, and this is the
intended behavior, so this is a bug fix.
Released as 0.4.2.
These predicates are analogs to the existing "children" and
"descendents" predicates.
They may be useful for testing parents for specific todo states, or if
they have non-inherited tags (i.e. tags from
"org-tags-exclude-from-inheritance").
Emacs 27 marks map-put as obsolete and renames it to map-put!, which
causes byte-compilation warnings (sigh...isn't that the definition of
useless churn?). Of course, map-put! doesn't exist in Emacs 26, so we
can't just use that. I'm beginning to think that it will never be
possible to make the linting clean.
Previously, on a cache miss, if FN returned nil, the sentinel would be
returned instead of nil.
Closes#78. Thanks to Josh Moller-Mara (@mm--) for reporting.
org-heading-components returns nil for a heading without heading text,
which causes string-match to signal an error. So we'll match the
regexp ourselves and return an empty string in that case. Should be
slightly faster, anyway.
It's finally time to merge this branch, which adds non-sexp queries,
updates the readme, and a few other things.

WIP: (property) Convert keyword properties to strings
I'm a little uncomfortable with how query parsing and processing is
getting spread out among 2 or 3 functions, but handling this in the
plain-query parsing function would require uglier special-case
workarounds, so this seems like the best solution for now.

This prevents query compilation errors from displaying a warning
buffer, especially in the Helm command.
Close to done, but now need to figure out the "property:" predicate,
because its value argument looks like an alternative property rather
than a value, e.g. "property:agenda-group,plans" in which "plans" is
the value for the property "agenda-group".

WIP: Fix previous commit
Something weird happens when defining the function that's defined by
the macro in the eval-when block: It seems that I have to eval it
twice before it takes effect. So when I made the previous commit, the
function defined at the time was working properly, but the function
defined at the time was apparently not what was written in the file,
but some intermediate state that had been written before, so I don't
even know what the code was that was working properly.
After some more fiddling, this seems to work properly.

WIP: Rewriting Helm queries
Some people are unaccustomed to parentheses, so we'll try to
accommodate them.
When query preambles are enabled, headings with to-do keywords
containing non-alphabetic characters, like "TO-READ", would fail to
match queries like (priority "A").
Released as 0.2.3.
When a deadline had its own warning period, it was compared with the
org-deadline-warning-days adjusted timestamp rather than the current
timestamp, which matched deadlines that should not yet be matched.
